Another Month Gone

Ever since high school, time as gone by way too fast for me. It seems like just yesterday I was starting my job at the bank in WI. And here we are, almost in March 2009. Man, I'm starting to feel old. But Feb 2009 was such a long month. Unbelievable. Work was so crazy. I think everyone there is sick in one way or another. We just pass it around and around. It's so gross. The place is so dirty. You would think that a lab would be spotless. The ac vents and filters have never been cleaned. No, not an exageration. One girl has been there three years, and doesn't remember them ever being cleaned. Maybe I'll clean em tomorrow....for my own health. I should take all the crap that comes out of it and put it on my managers desk.

Phillip's going skiing this weekend in W VA. I really want to go, but have to work Monday. And now since only one person is allowed off at a time....can't go. Which also means that I have to call in sick on Friday, unless I want to lose my $200 I paid for this class. Ahhh love my job.

And speaking of days off, only one person at a time now kids....but wait FOUR people were "out sick" today. One has bronchitis, one has a cough/cold thing, the other one is "really stressed out and will be back on Monday". For real, that's her excuse.



On to a brighter note. I'm getting things done around the house. Thank God. The bathroom has been done for about 2 weeks. The bedroom is about halfway done. At least the bed is up. I'm working on the spare bedroom tonight, but I think I'm going to stop and go to bed. The kitchen is usable. So...maybe in another 2 months it will be presentable! HA!

I finally started working on my wedding album. Finally. Using my new photo printer to print the pics. I'm already out of yellow ink! But most of the pics are printing really nicely.

Today when my alarm went off, I looked up and saw my kitty, Keiko. She was outside....coming in the window, from the roof!!!! I couldn't believe it! She knocked the screen out and was chilling outside. Who knows how long she was out there! Well, at least she didn't fall down. What a brat!

Helmets

Saw a funny sight today. At a construction site, there were three men. Two were standing, watching, and one was using a jack hammer. Guess which ones had helmets on.......
Give up? That's right, the two watching had helmets, the one working didn't. HA.

Still have no idea about my paper, so I guess I'm going to get a D on it....

Traffic

You know, I hate other drivers, they really just bug me. They should just get out of my way. But you know what really annoys me, when I'm driving home at night and I'm the only one of the road, and I have to sit at a red light. What a waste of time.

Found out today why I've been exhausted for the past few months. I have hypothyroidism. Not that bad I guess, just have to take medicine for the rest of my life. I can do that.
Oh yea, and I have mono. Dr said it's amazing I can get out of bed in the morning.

I've been trying to think of a way to rewrite my English paper for a few days now. I was supposed to redo it within 3 days...it's def been longer than that. I just can't come up with anything. Grrr.

Got our first game for our game room today! Yea! Maybe people will actually come over....

First Post

I really don't care if no one ever reads this. Whatever. I just realized a couple of days ago that I use Facebook like a diary, and that no one even reads it. So I thought, hey I'll start a blog. No one will read that either!

It's 2:15am. I've been home from work for about an hour. I actually felt guilty leaving. Because everyone else was still working, and I was done, so I left. Why should I feel guilty? They do it to me all the time. Oh well.

I'm watching Malcolm in the Middle. LOVE that show. It's so hilarious!
